We recognize that you may have questions about the protective measures we at Antis Roofing are taking while working in your community as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Keeping you Safe: Our schedulers will work with the individual homeowner to determine the location of the leak without entering the unit as a best practice. Photos, marking the exterior of the unit (on a door or window or exterior wall) with tape, a live discussion at a safe distance outside of the property, are all measures that can help successfully identify the issue.
Keeping you Dry: If your homes develop a leak or any kind of water intrusions, especially during this rainy period, please contact us immediately. Managers, please send digital work order requests to customerservice@antisroofing.com to expedite the process (calling in your work order will likely have a slower turn-around time).
In order to process submitted work orders in a timely manner, we ask that the following information is included:
· HOA Name
· Address and Unit #
· City
· Gate Code / Roof Access
· Homeowner and/or Tenant contact info
· Description of Issue
· Pre-authorization limits of $1000 (most effective way to prioritize your issue)
