Orange County Roofing Company gifts charitable cards to all stakeholders to spread joy this season.
IRVINE, CALIF. (December 20, 2016)–Antis Roofing & Waterproofing has a history of giving back and collaborating with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County where they donate every roof installation for them. This year, above their annual giving and volunteering, they decided to send out 2,000 charitable giving cards as a way to show their appreciation for vendors, employees, partners, customers, and friends.
These charitable giving cards have funds on them that the recipient can allocate to any non-profit organization registered with the IRS as a 501(c)3. They were created by OneOC, a local organization that accelerates non-profit success in Orange County. At Antis, these charitable giving cards are already used each week as gifts for employees when they do an outstanding job, or to receive recognition. Founder, Charles Antis was noticing what an impact it made on the team when they were able to share the story of which charity they chose to give their card to. It’s become a cornerstone of the Antis culture and favorite part of each week.
“At Antis we believe in generosity with all stakeholders at all times – it’s even in our employee manual! We err on the side of being generous and hope to be known for showing goodwill.” Says CEO and Founder, Charles Antis.
This holiday season Antis showed their gratitude by sending notes out with their giving cards that read, “In the spirit of sharing our gifts and paying it forward, we want to give you this Giving Card as a token of our appreciation.” They are tracking where the cards get redeemed and will generate reports on the individual causes that their stakeholders are passionate about. They hope to have at least 1,000 of their cards redeemed to maximize the good being done in the county.
“We are so thrilled to be seeing our giving cards make such a difference in the lives of Orange County citizens and hearing such great feedback from card recipients. Antis has taken our idea to the next level and is creating an outstanding force of good here in our county.” says Dan McQuaid, CEO of OneOC
Antis is inviting all giving card recipients to share about their giving story online with the hashtag #livetogive and is going to reveal all the details of the giving card charities in January.
